Hello folks. I, Vinay Kumar Singh, hail from a bourgeois family in Jhansi. Growing up, the fusion of my educated and liberal parents gave me the right mindset to develop & strive for the best in life and career.

Kickstarting my professional journey with giants like THERMAX and AECOM in EMEA countries has given me opportunity to be on global platform in terms of technical and market awareness.

Being  a key account for the iconic projects like World Trade Center, skyscraper Three Sixty West, Ritz Carlton, Google, Apple, etc. has enhanced and solidified my understanding of  end to end project tools & process.

Working on cutting edge technical designs till the successful project deliveries, I had a wide range of experiences and learnings in my decade plus years in this industry. Currently, I spearhead company operations and client collaboration opportunities.

Before being on board, I was very curious to know the thought process and readiness of the firm for the future challenges the planet is going to have. Surprisingly I was briefed about the projects done by current teams before I joined. This was new experience to me.

The contribution of the company in terms of Sustainable design being integral part of the Design process with real time and tangible Savings in the Project life cycle is what really attracted me to be part of.

We engage in Practicing the concept of capturing the Impact-commercial, technical, and sustainable in the Design of the Project. With an intimate sense of local realities, we look at complex problems from different angles and deliver solutions that break paradigms. This varies in every project based on budget, Location and business model narrated by our client. Our design slways integrating future trends and novel solutions into our work.

Every milestone reached has enabled us to better fulfill our purpose of preparing our communities and environment for the future.

I am a firm believer of starting the voyage, steering it together with team and completing it with results that leave a lasting impact.
