As the name  Xcellence matters suggest and demand, excellency is the only key factor to sustain in the service industry. Both quality control and quality assurance are upmost criterion to be implemented in the company’s product and delivery.

At Xcellence matters, we give high priority for the quality control with quality assurance every stage of the process of delivery or production. We believe in the process rather than documentation to make sure the purpose is virtually injected into our DNA.

The drawing board to the final handing over of our product shall have a predefined process driven with multiple check list during design, printing, and dispatch stage.

As a matter of fact, any design is made from an idea/s hence there is a high possibility that the changes are bound to happen, revisions and upgradation has to happen with the exchange of ideas from various stake holders in the project. Keeping these known challenges in mind, we have fall back to available technology of today which would help in keeping the track at Realtime. We use NAS based local server in addition to cloud storage to have Realtime sharing of drawings and document over an IP network. This would avoid clashes between the service in the initial stages of drawing board to facilitate a smooth integration across all the services.

Drawings and document management at project site is also another challenge we found, especially having multiple services with multi time issue of drawings with revisions in place. To simplify, we have introduced QC sticker and a QR code for every drawing which are issued to project site for execution.
